     I was asked to create some new prints on a cycling theme, One of the gallleries that stock my work was on the route of 'La Tour de France' . Freewheeling is something I associate with cyclists, I used to freewheel down every hill I managed to get up, one leg rather straight ans the spped acelerates. I remeber once freewheeling down Egton Bank ( near Whitby, there are two really tight bends half way down with a really frightening steep bit before you dash through and under Egton Bridge. The brakes although full on were almost glowing red by the time I got to bottom.
